I guess I'm not that social. Most of these were the initial code submitters that haven't had to change anything in quite awhile. My suggestion is to change the below "M:" entries to "R:" sometime after "R:" is upstream. Maybe also change the sections that have only these names to "S: Odd Fixes" or "S: Orphan" or add a new "S: Unmaintained but Reviewed" section type. This might encourage people to take over maintainership of old code, help people figure out who better to send a patch to and maybe who's more likely to apply it. Also reviewer ack's aren't an indication that an upstream maintainer will pick it up and push it forward.
