I'm sure you can plug in a Sun keyboard to them and run S/Linux on it, but I guess you want the *built-in* keyboard of an intel machine to have the developer keyboard layout as well. :-( Nowadays I think all but the very oldest models have keyboards with the Microsoft Windows keys on them.
