I use a 770. Its the one with a Pentium MMX 233 and the Trident
chipset w/2mb of RAM. Works fine in X, but I haven't tried Linux's sound.
OSS works fine with it, however.
This is all on 5.1, so I imagine 5.2 is even easier to use.
