I have something very similar - the Nan Tan 7500A. I have a TFT screen,
and the video chip is a Cirrus Logic CG 6440. It is only 640 x 400. They
have 1 Meg of video ram, and can work up to 1024 x 768 on the external
video plug. I have had no problems with this video. The biggest headache
is that you usually end up with 640 x 480, which is a bit tall. What do
you need to know? (I have not installed XFree or any other graphical
desktop)
