dear all,
i'm running 2.0.35 on a toshiba tecra 500cs without problems. this laptop
has the possibility to slow down the cpu's speed for powersaving. this will
also cause the built-in ventilator to halt.
because the ventilator is making some noise, i would like to know what
command will slow down the cpu. the ventilator halts when i unplug the
laptop and it only runs by battery power.
does someone know a command to stop the ventilator while letting the laptop
plugged in?
