Thinkpad and 800x600

I have an XFree server doing 640x480, on a Thinkpad 365, but I haven't
been able to get the server to work at 800x600.  Is there a way to do
this with XFree86?  If someone has a sample XF86Config that does this
I'd be grateful.  Thanks!
