the netscape-in-win32-land netnews client supports offline reading/posting. is there an easy way for someone who thinks that INN is one of the NYC subway lines to configure INN to pull a fixed list of groups from an existing news server? so that news could be read locally (while disconnected from the net during a long train commute)? i want to avoid becoming a news admin, so i'm asking for something magic like a shell script called "configure-limited-newsserver-from-a-real-newsserver" that takes a list of newsgroup names (or patterns) as an argument (pathetic, but true). pointers to documents describing how to do this are also welcome. /mark
