looking for a tool like 'fetchmail'...

... that will pull from a flat file mailbox and push into an IMAP mailbox.
the local email standard is ms outlook (sans IMAP support) and the only
alternative is a flat-file mailbox under solaris (and i don't even have
NFS access to it).  my desktop is a laptop running linux and i'm comfortable
running cyrus on it.  any thoughts/comments/suggestions welcome.
