I'm trying to set up my Ricochet SX modem on an Ascentia J laptop with
Redhat 6.0 installed. Anyone have any experience with this? I followed
the instructions on Metricom's site to no avail. This is my first time
setting up a modum under linux (hell, my first time doing anything except
ignoring the serial port) and I've heard plenty of horror stories about
running them. I believe the serial port is configured properly and
running setserial against ttyS0 returns the correct IRQ and IO number.
Any suggestions?
