xwindow crash

i did try them all but no result...(ctrl+alt+delete , kill X ,
ctr+alt+bakspace ) i colud not return to another console. With ps/ 2 mouse i
can open a few windows.
But this gets frozen in a couple of seconds. notebook that is....
