I am trying to install Redhat Linux 6.0 on my laptop with 6GB HDD. System BIOS reports CHS of HDD as 13424/15/16 where as DiskDruid and FDISK report 839/240/63. Even partition magic reports 839/240/63. The installation fails while writing LILO. I tried installing Windows 95 after creating a FAT32 partition using Linux's FDISK. The installation phase went off OK. But, after re-booting , windows failed to load saying 'Windows protection error: IOS'. Anything wrong with my BIOS? Ta, jeeves
