This is fixed in pcmcia-cs-3.1.3, which compiles and works nicely for me
under an otherwise-stock RedHat 6.1 with the 2.2.12-20 kernel. I needed
this for the opposite reason: my tulib_cb network card was not listed in the
config file in 3.0.14 at all.
