Although most jobs may not have "linux" jobs, you have "unix" skills. Put
that on your resume. There is certainly a demand for that. I cannot see it
hurting except if it's truly a microsoft only shop. If you can do a little
bit of research on them beforehand, just tailor your resume to suite the
job you are applying for (along with eveything/anything else on your
resume).
