Hi,
I'm using an ASUS L7200 Notebook with a SMI910 graphics chip. I got a
special version of the XSVGA Server from ASUS, which supports the
hardware acceleration of this chip. It works fine with a resolution of
800x600, but the screen looks awful, when I try to use 1024x768. This
resolution is only possible with extern monitors (the built-in
LCD-display is for 800x600). The desktop is visible, but 8 times and
things like that. I already tried three diffrent external monitors, all
with the same result. Has anyone managed to configure the server right?
