LinkSys PCMPC100 10/100 Ethernet card Problem

I'm using this card on a Versa LX.  I tried both RedHat 6.1 and
2.2.14/3.1.8.  The problem is that at work I'm on a 100Mhz hub.
Talking to another machine on the same hub, I see between 15% and 100%
packet loss.  On the otherhand, at home I only have a 10Mhz hub.  And
here the card works fine, with 750+KBytes xfer.

So, first has anyone seen/solved this problem.  And could anyone have
the spec sheet for the card tell me if there is a MISC register that
can be programmed to force the card to 10mhz.
