Setup:
Redhat Linux 6.0
Toshiba 4005CDS

I've been running linux exclusively for several mnths on my laptop but
had need of a quick windows install lately to get a printer setup.

Didn't want to use the recovery disk because it would blitz my linux,
so installed from win98 CD. Of course, that version doesn't have some
of the nice things that were originally installed. I see most of them
on my original diagnosis disk.

One thing I liked that is like X-windows is the "panning" where the
desktop is bigger than the screen and you pan around with the mouse.
Just like "Virtual desktop in Linux".

I understand these things are available on the internet but didn't
know exactly what to look for. Nor how to set it up if I do find it.
