All,
I'm interested in finding out about where I can buy parts to build a
laptop. My end goal is to build a wearable computer. I have been exploring
pc/104-plus solutions but I find there are not powerful enough. Though it
seems most likely I'll be stuck using a pc/104-plus solution.
Then I thought, well why couldn't I just use laptop component to build
one. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any information on parts or
vendors (plus I have no idea where to start). What I would like to do is
use a laptop motherboard... and then go from there. I'm assuming that not
all motherboards are developed in house and some must be oem'ed from other
companies.
Any and all help or suggestions would be appreciated,
