No, I installed the tools. they do make a big difference. The problems
that I see mostly are when starting apps. All apps seem to be very very
slow at starting. Once they are up and running, things seem to go well.

| Thinkpad 600 (PII 266) and my AMD K6-2 350 @ home and am quite happy with
