Thanks for being interested in my problem.
I've noticed my bios version is 1.13 (which is not the latest available 
since the 1.5 is out).
I'll try to flash the bios again even if, from the previous posts, it seems 
that my machine should shutdown correctly with 1.14 too, shouldn't it?
