Not likely, unless you flashed the BIOS or something. It could easily happen on
warm reboot but on a cold boot it should have been completely reset. According
to Dr. Hao He, you need to make sure the PNP OS option is turned off in BIOS and
then use the options:
PCIC=i82365
PCIC_OPTS="irq_list=6,10,11"
Though he also says the options aren't needed after version 3.06. Sorry if this
isn't much help.
By the way, were you involved in that Linux based radar mapping system for
studying ocean swells? Very cool stuff.
