I really like the Linksys combo card.  It's dongle-less (uses real jacks),
yet it only consumes 1 Type II PCMCIA slot.  It's got an on-board 10/100
Ethernet port and 56k modem as well, both of which work great under Linux
(get a recent copy of pcmcia-cs though, 3.1.8 didn't work but 3.1.14
works).  I snagged mine from the local CompUSA for $170.  D-Link also
makes one that looks almost exactly the same and works well under Linux,
it's simiarly (sp?) priced.  The Linksys product number is PCMLM56.
