Hello Philippe,

I do speak french fluently, but for the sake of other members who do not I
write this in english.

I am a co-founder of Linuxbourg (Fribourg, www.linuxbourg.ch) and
Guillaumetux/Wilhelmtux.
What I can say here is that Willhemtux was partly founded with the idea of
sharing resources in mind. Both LugBE, and Linuxbourg (and probably GULL as
well) are too small to do lobbying on anything but a local level. Other
Projects (like yours) exist in Zurich, in Jura, and are planned for
Fribourg and Berne.

So we would be glad to co-operare with you on this matter, share ideas,
documents and code.

Linuxbourg is currently working on adapting debian-woody to the needs of
schools. Ideas are as
follows:

Server: (pentium-class machine with 48MB or so ram)
        - Base install Woody
        - Samba (for sharing with windows clients)
        - Squid, perhaps with filtering of unwanted content
        - Horde (with imp, turba, kronolith) (web-based email)
        - Mailman (Mailing lists with a web interface)
        - Apache (with cgi and php support)

Whether to change clients from Windows/MacOS to Linux still needs to be
seen.

So we would really be looking forward to a co-operation (WTux-Gull,
Linuxbourg-Gull)

yours

Robert
