Sorry, my French is not good enough to provide useful comments on this.
However, I have forwarded your mail to some colleagues at Wilhelm Tux
who are more fluent in French.
By the way, are you aware that a similiar movement called ALIS already
exists in Zurich?

We collect ideas like that for Wilhelm Tux and we have some supporters
who have some experience in marketing, PR and lobbying. However, our
main focus are not schools but rather administration and government
bodies, starting from the top at the federal level. We are also not
really a Linux organization, our main goals are promotion of open
standards and free software in general - of which Linux is just a part.
If you want to focus on schools I would suggest that you get in touch
with ALIS (see above) and cooperate with them. However, if you would be
interested to contribute to free-software-lobbying on a more political
level, you would be welcome to join Wilhelm Tux.
