[SLL] Monitor needed

I have a CTX 17-inch monitor on a rackmount KVM that I would like to
replace.  Does any have an extra CTX S761A floating around.  I might have to
cobble the hinged mount from the KVM onto something else if I can't find a
direct replacement.
