Please pull from http://www.linuxtv.org/hg/~hverkuil/v4l-dvb-saa7134 for
the following:
- ivtv: fix memory leak
- v4l2-device: fix buggy macro
- v4l2-subdev: add v4l2_ext_controls support
The first two are bug fixes with prio high and must go to 2.6.29. It
would be nice if the third one can go to 2.6.29 as well, but it is a
nice-to-have only.
