The error control should be part of the "HPI send command". If the return value 
of mmc_send_hpi_cmd() can show user which kind of errors they met, that would 
be friendly.
So suggest to add in mmc_send_hpi_cmd() function.

The improper scenario I mean is that, the card is not in prg-state but driver 
still sends out a HPI command to card.
