dosemu can boot using MSDOS or FreeDOS. You'll need to create a special
diskimage or you can specify a dir. where bootable files reside
(ie. IO.SYS & MSDOS. SYS, COMMAND.COM) for MSDOS. Also see section 2.2.22
in doc/README-tech.txt
