Thanks to those of you who deciphered the Runtime error 200 problem for me. I had been searching google.com/linux for it and found nothing. Punching Runtime error 200 into the google main search page uncovers a wealth of information though.
In my case I was able to get an updated binary from the vendor when I purchased a year of telephone support ($495), and now things are working fine. Thanks Again.
