I may have earlier reported dbaseIII+ working under dosemu & MSDOS 5.0
oops!
after having developed many dbase apps for linux, dosemu & MSDOS 5.0, I
finally
tried to print something.. It won't print.
if I do <ctrl-P> at the dos prompt, everything is ok, the printer
prints, etc. but if I
try to print under dbaseIII+ using:
.SET PRINT ON
? printer not ready
no printer output.. this is with dosemu 0.66.7, or any of several
earlier releases. and MSDOS 5.0
I am a novice c programmer and a strong dbase programmer, trying to
build a real-world
dbase system for 20+ employees using linux.. If I can't fix this bug,
I'll have to go back
to PC-MOS, DR-DOS or other dos platform (yuck!) help?!?
