DOS Applications

I'm interest in running an MS DOS resident Data Base under Linux.  We want
Linux becaus e we understand tha it's multiuser capabilities are superior to
LANs and NT type environments and less costly.

Can you tell me of anyone who is using Linux to run a DOS based relational
data base under Linux?  Also, any publications or user groups available for
related applications?
