CTRL keys

Thismessage is just to confirm that $rawkeyboard=(1) fixed the problem 
with some of the keys not responding with some applications.  Also I now 
have IBM graphics in an x-term, the whole problem was with Red Hat's 
0.99.10 developer version of dosemu which ships with RH 6.0. Way to go Red 
Hat!
