I am having a bit of a problem running a developer utility called Locate from
Paradigm software. It is used to generate ROMable files from .exe files.
Almost everything else in my development environment runs just fine (Borland 3.1
compilers and linkers, a Make utility, etc.). Could you point me towards how to
debug this problem?

Regards,
Brian
