mtools bug

[will fortlow]

I have just installed mtools through a rpm package and
I have checked using the rpm -qa in xterm and mtools
is installed. But when I try to run it using dos,xdos
in xterm, it doesn't run. It says not a legal bash
command.
What can I do?
