MAN Pages for dos

Hi

                I need MAN pages in Dos format. 
                I've tried #man xxx > xxx.txt , ftping to WIN box , and with text 
editor
converting UNIX>Dos. The format is still bad.
                Then  wane to www,linux.org>support etc but ftp.win.tue.nl doesn't seem
to have them.
                Any alternatives??
