Hai everyone...

I'm using D-Link ISA PnP DE220PT ethercard at io=0x240 and IRQ=15. The 
ne.o module hasn't been able to detect the card at the above 
address because of a couple of reasons.Maybe because the card is Plug 
& Play one. However, the card can be detected if we use isapnptools.
By issuing this commands, I hope anybody who are using this card can 
make it work under Linux.

                  root#pnpdump >& /etc/isapnp.conf
                  root#isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf
 
If you got an error, probably you can sole this by typing
                 
                    (VERIFYLD N)

at the top of isapnp.conf file.

If everything's OK, load the ne module by typing
 
                 root#modprobe ne io=0x240

Then the interface is built.You have to up your interface first before 
browsing.

also a great product. Thanx for the persons who create it.
