Hi Mathias,

for WWW surfing You must set the netscape proxy to the ip and port of the ms
proxy machine.
For ftp, telnet etc... You must use the sockified version of this tools and
enable ms-proxy to be a
SOCKS server.
The best solution is to setup a cheap ( old ) machine running linux acting
as IP-Masquerading
( see http://www.indyramp.com/masq/ ) that gives You the illusion to be
directly on the net.
