MS Proxy server have two ways to act as  proxy server, one is by Winsock
and another way is by SOCK. As far as I know there is none OS other than
MS Win95/98/NT and MAC can support Winsock.

So you have to configure the MS Proxy server to use SOCK. And connect your
linux box to the SOCK port.

You can have MS Proxy server to run Winsock and SOCK and the same time.
