I don't know if this is the right list, so please don't be too annoyed
if not, and point me in the right directions...
I have severe problems with IP masquerading, especially UDP packets
from/to port 53 (DNS!!!) under various kernels from 2.2.5 up to
2.2.10-ac2.
The Situation so far:
my internal network here is 192.168.238.0/24, with a bind 4.9.7 on
192.168.238.2 and a masquerading gate on .1, running 2.2.10, plain but
the newest i4l.
This gate gets different IP from my provider on almost every dialup. As
soon as ippp0 has a different IP, my DNS won't see any answers, and I
won't see the queries with tcpdump -i ippp0 anymore.
with 2.0.36 on gate, it worked ok.
