Breezecom makes some pretty nice 2.4GHz spread-spectrum wireless stuff.
http://www.breezecom.com/ for their marketing fluff. I've used it, it
works fine. Up to 3Mbit/sec nominal, half duplex, we got an actual
measured 1.6M doing one-way FTP transfer and about .77M doing FTP both
ways, simultaneously. We used 80MB files for a good sample. That was
over about 100 meters or so using directional antennas.
