I have a problem with a NFS server. First of all I have the SuSE 6.1 linux
release.

My PC is a NFS server for 15 SUN workstations running under solaris 2.5.1.
I configure the NFS and PORTMAPPER daemon by modifying the rc.config file.
The problem appears when a lot of data are to be writed or read to the
filesystems mounted on the workstations. In that case, the nfsd daemon
shutdown and the workstation write on the output that the nfs server is not
responding. In that case I need to restart manually the nfds daemon using
the command rcnfsserver restart.
In the file rc.config I set that the nfds daemon must not be run in the
user mode.
I don't understand what happen and how to solve the problem. Is there
someone to help me ?
Thanxs
