You will need to configure the cards to use different
IRQs. When you pass an IRQ value to the driver you
are telling the driver which IRQ the card is using, it
doesn't configure the card to use that IRQ.
You can download a DOS utility from 3com's web site
that you can use to configure the card. (You can run
it from a DOS boot floppy if you are setup to dual-boot
with a MS OS. It may also run under dosemu.) I also
believe that Donald Becker has written a configuration
utility that works under Linux. See the Ethernet HOWTO.
