Hi everybody! Finally I have an USB port!
This happened: I searched for the date of the BIOS. The only date I could see was a date at the bottom of the screen, when the memory has been checked. This was 22.06.1999 (this is before July 1. 1999), and I became sad... BUT I found in the BIOS an "Enable USB Support" option, and if I enabled it, then an "Enable USB Keyboard" support! And I became hopefull... And then I took the machine to a serviceman, and he found a USB port preparation on the maindboard, and put an USB port on it. So thanks for the advices. I'm very happy!
