Well... Depending the Windows manager.. (I'll assume fvwm95-2, it's RH ;)
Uhmm look in the /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fvwm95-2/system.fvwm2rc95 You might
wish to copy that file to ~/.fvwm2rc95 That's what controls the way fvwm95
looks and acts.. Also the menu items are in there if you need more help
