Well i have never done that, but having read the Linux fdisk howto i would
say that it could be done simply by using Linux fdisk, use the "d" option 

   'd'   delete a partition
Then 
   'w'   write table to disk and exit

Now i would imagen you will need to use DOS fdisk, or its LOSE/95
equivelent to partition the disk for lose/95 use.

I could well be wrong on this one, as i said i have never done it, however
if the loss of data is no problem here, then there is no harm in trying.
