Here's how mine is set up:
poll my.mailserver.com proto pop3 user chris is chris here
password XXXXXX
First it has to poll your mail server, it has to know what protocal to
use, what the user account is on the remote system, and lastly what user
account your logged in as on the local computer...of course don't forget
the password.
