Hi,
LOL...I have the same problem and it tooked me almost one week to figure
it out what the hell sucks. Ok, here is the solution:
1st step
Open the /etc/sendmail.cf and there is a line like this:
Cwlocalhost
Add this line after it:
Fw/etc/sendmail.hosts
2nd step
create the "sendmail.hosts" in /etc. This file will contain the hosts
names for wich the sendmail get's mail. Put one host name on one line like
this:
stockport.gov.uk
mail.stockport.gov.uk
Save the file.
3rd step
killall -9 sendmail ; sendmail -bd -q15m
4th step
Go and buy some beers and cokes and enjoy it:) Mail me one:)
