 You may want to add some anti-spam policies, (if you dont want some pholx
use your box as relay). Also, you may want to upgrade to sendmail 8.9.1
and patch it to disable some MIME header overflow attacks.

 However, if you'r going to bring r.h. 5.1 online, there are lots of other
things which probably should be carefuly checked besides of sendmail.
(check if all your network daemons are secure, etc etc..) better disable
ALL the services except ones, you find viable, etc.
