HELP: Moving RH to new HD

Hey folks,

The HD I'm using now for RH 5.1 is almost full and I'd like to move my
stuff to a bigger one.  Can someone please clue me in on:

-What size/make of IDE drive to use.
-How to format/partition the new drive with Linux (I don't have win95 or
DOS)
-How to copy my filesystem over the new drive.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
