Do you mean with setserial -g, cuz this gives me the same info as in
Win95 or should I
try autoconfig

if i don't use isapnp i need to know the default values (setserial) and
set them using setserial. would this set the uart at the same time?.
Also aside from setserial and minicom are
they any other tools to test the modem
