I am using the same programs, with a Pentium 200 with 64 Megs of ram, and I
have no problems. A few weeks ago, I had 32 Megs, and although slow,
everthing were running well. Netscape was never stable in my system, but
never locked up the machine.

I believe it is a hardware problem - and most probably a RAM oriented
problem. We had lots of such problems before, customers complaining about
running some programs perfectly and lock ups in a specific program. All
these turned out to be memory problems (we never found what is the problem,
but the problems dissapear after changing the memory chips).

Just an idea...
